OUR HISTORY
Southern New Mexico Pride seeks to provide the LGBT community with events and activities that are designed to unify our community. We strive to promote tolerance between the LGBTQIA+ community and the community at large, and to be a resource for those seeking greater information and fellowship in our community. We are able to do these things because of the work that our Board of Directors puts in year after year.

Our Mission
Southern New Mexico Pride dates back to 1990 and has evolved to its current status as a full-year, volunteer-run organization, working in conjunction with local community groups and vendors, to provide advocacy and resources for the LGBTQ community and its allies, producing several events throughout the year.
We strive to promote tolerance between the LGBTQIA+ community and the community at large, and to be a resource for those seeking greater information and fellowship in our community.
