Pride on the Plaza Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in being part of Pride on the Plaza! This event is a celebration of community, visibility, and joy, and we’re excited to bring together local vendors, organizations, and creatives for an evening that reflects the spirit of Southern New Mexico.

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, October 3rd from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We welcome a variety of vendors and encourage offerings that help create an inclusive, vibrant experience for all attendees.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms for participation in Pride on the Plaza on October 3, 2026 (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM):

  • Application & Payment: Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor space is confirmed only after approval and full payment. All fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers.

  • Setup & Participation: Vendors must arrive during the designated setup time, be fully set up before the event begins, and remain open for the full duration. Early breakdown is not permitted without approval.

  • Space & Equipment: Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, chairs, tents, and supplies. All displays must remain within the assigned space and not block walkways or neighboring vendors. Electricity is not guaranteed.

  • Conduct: Vendors must maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, or behavior that conflicts with the spirit of Pride may result in removal without refund.

  • Compliance: Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits, licenses, and certifications, and must comply with all applicable laws and health regulations.

  • Liability: Participation is at your own risk. Southern New Mexico Pride is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury. Vendors agree to hold harmless the organization, its staff, and partners.

  • Event Conditions: This is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine. Organizers reserve the right to make changes or cancel if necessary for safety or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Sales & Restrictions: Vendors may only sell approved items listed in their application. Prohibited or unsafe items are not allowed.

  • Media Release: Vendors grant permission for photos and videos of their booth to be used for promotional purposes.
